Shipping Info

Orders come from both UK and USA

Due to lack of room for additional stock, we have decided to look into print and demand options for certain items such as shirts which are currently being shipped from the US (if you order a shirt and additional items they will arrive separately) 

Order processing times  

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 5 -10 business days. 

Estimated shipping times  

Depending on your location, your order might take anywhere from 1-8 weeks from shipment date to arrive from us here in the UK  

Our estimated shipping delivery times are as following: 

UK (domestic) 1-2 days

Europe 2-4 weeks

Rest of world 4-8 weeks

(*Unless requested for faster parcel options)

Can I get a tracking number?

During check-out, you have a trackable shipping option available, select it and we will send over your tracking number.

Custom fees

International customers are fully responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their order. We're always as accurate as possible on our custom forms and will not be lowering the value on the items. Please check your country's custom fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!  

My tracking says it's been delivered, but I have not received it yet!

Give it a couple of days! Sometimes the postal services might mark your order as delivered when it has arrived at your local post office. If you have not had it delivered after a couple of days, contact your postal service with your tracking number to see if they can locate it for you.  

My order arrived damaged / I have received the wrong item!

Oh No! If you notice any damage or if you have received the wrong item in your order, please send us pictures to our contact email and we'll help you out!  

Refund policy

You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped out, once it has shipped out, we don't accept any cancellations.  

We do not refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with the standard, un-trackable option, but please contact us if you have not received it after 8 weeks and we'll help you. We also cannot refund tracked orders that has been marked as delivered.  

If your order gets returned to us, we will try contacting you through email with the options of having your order reshipped for a re-shipment fee, or refund you for the items, but not any shipping costs.  

We cannot give you a refund if you have accidentally put down the wrong address and it hasn't been sent back to us. Due to many scammers recently claiming that they haven't received their parcel because it was a 'wrong address' we cannot give refunds unless we have had the item redirected back to us. If it has been, we will email you ASAP and sort out reshipping your order :)
